Meor Legacy Established Ventures (MLEV), founded by the distinguished Dr. Meor Muhamad Fazrul Adly Bin Meor Fuad, is a premier Malaysian conglomerate dedicated to becoming the nation’s most vital Agropreneur and Healthcare provider. The company offers a comprehensive "Life-Cycle Care" ecosystem, providing professional services in Early Childhood Care, Mamacare (postnatal care), and Elderly Care Centers, ensuring holistic well-being from infancy to the senior years. Beyond human healthcare, MLEV is a leader in the Veterinary sector through its specialized Cat Clinics and Feline Behavior Centers, driven by Dr. Meor Fazrul’s unique status as Malaysia’s first Certified Cat Behavior Consultant (IAABC). Complementing these services is a robust Commodities division focused on oil palm plantations and goat farming, where the company applies modern entrepreneurial innovation to strengthen Malaysia’s agricultural economy and food security.

MLEV originally operating under the name Meor Legacy Enterprise (MLE) since 2015 that was also a sub-company of "Meor Legacy Established Group of Companies (MLE Group)", the business was officially registered with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM) in 2017. On 11 November 2020, it underwent a rebranding and restructuring process, adopting the name Meor Legacy Established Ventures to better reflect its administrative reform and sharpen its sales focus. As the oldest company under Dr. Meor Fazrul’s leadership, MLEV carries the flagship brand of the Malaysian Cat School (MYCATS), an established cat behavior consulting academy known widely among cat lovers since 2016. MYCATS has become a key driver of MLEV’s growth and recognition due to its distinctive services, which have captured media attention including coverage and invitations from Radio Televisyen Malaysia (RTM) and other platforms. These appearances have allowed Dr. Meor Fazrul to share his expertise in animal psychology and entrepreneurship with the public. His unique role in the industry also earned him the nickname “Cikgu Meow” (CM), a title popularized by media and embraced by the community.

In the early days under the name MLE, the company’s core business focused primarily on the production and distribution of cat care products, in collaboration with investor company Dr. Rahmatullah Holding Sdn Bhd, owned by Dr. Rahmatullah P. Md. Hussain, a seasoned veterinarian with over 10 years of experience in the veterinary industry. Together, they co-managed Ecovet Pet Sdn Bhd. Through a memorandum of understanding and mutual cooperation, the management of Ecovet Animal Clinic was divided into two operational regions agreed upon by both parties. The Ecovet Animal Clinic in Butterworth, Penang was placed under the administration of Dr. Rahmatullah and his team, while the Ecovet Animal Clinic in Meru, Klang, Selangor was managed by Dr. Meor Fazrul and MLE, representing the operational group of MLE. This collaboration marked a historic milestone, as Dr. Meor Fazrul was appointed the youngest Marketing Director in the history of Ecovet Pet Sdn Bhd at the age of just below 30 years old in 2019, entrusted with the responsibility of co-managing the company.

In early 2024, after The Union of Universal Trust (ULTRUST) began taking over MLE Group, the ULTRUST Board of Governance agreed to dissolve some of the MLE Group companies and merge several companies under MLE Group with ULTRUST-led companies. This marked the end of the operations of the Meor Legacy Enterprise company that had served for so long, but its legacy continued through the Meor Legacy Established Ventures (MLEV) company. MLEV further expanded its business scope from focusing on veterinary medical support services to human and animal medical and ecological consulting services. So, in addition to Retailing and Veterinary clinic projects, now projects related to human medicine and ecology such as Elderly Care, Mamacare, Early Childhood Care and Commodities are also carried out in this company.
